Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Every purchase helps me continue creating products with love, intention, and care. Because each item is made, packed, or sourced personally by me, all sales are final.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order:
Due to the nature of my small business, I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
This includes:
~Changing your mind
~Ordering the wrong item or size
~Not reviewing product descriptions before checkout
Thank you for understanding that, as a one-person shop, I’m unable to absorb the cost of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 48–72 hours with:
~Your order number
~A clear photo of the item
~A brief description of the issue
I will happily fix the problem by sending a replacement or finding a fair solution.
Please note: minor color variations or small imperfections (common in handmade or printed items) are not considered defects.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, I am no longer responsible for:
~Delays
~Lost packages
~Stolen packages
~Delivery errors by the carrier
However, I will always do my best to guide you through the carrier’s claim process.
