My Story

Jesus says, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
~Matthew 11:28

Later, Jesus reminds His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.”
~Matthew 16:24

These verses have shaped my journey.

Like many, I once believed I needed to be “perfect” for Jesus ~ strong, put together, and without flaws. Over time, I learned that He does not ask us to come whole, but willing. He invites us to come exactly as we are ~ with our insecurities, struggles, stress, and broken pieces.

Through surrender, I’ve discovered that grace meets us where we are, not where we pretend to be. When we bring our imperfect lives to Jesus, He gently gathers the pieces and creates something far more meaningful and beautiful than we could ever build on our own.

This space, and the work I share here, is rooted in that truth ~ a journey of faith, healing, creativity, and growth. My hope is that what I create offers rest, encouragement, and a reminder that you are not alone, and you are deeply loved.
